When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, business name (if given), the service you are interested in and your message.

Why we use it

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to discuss and provide our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax purposes.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely with our website hosting provider, which acts on our behalf and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy. Email hello@beraandco.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
